In 2005, Community Hope secured a license from Amtrak to develop a parcel of land for athletic fields adjacent to the building at 750 Otts Chapel Road.  
A partnership was developed with Community Athletic Association (CAA) to develop the fields, and these have become the "home fields" for CAA.   For more information on CAA, go to www.caasports.org

 

Soccer Fields
                  -completed in the fall of 2007, CAA began using the fields for both spring and fall soccer sessions in 2008.

Little League Baseball Field
-In November 2008, a little league baseball field was completed with the help of a grant from Rohm and Haas Corporation (now Dow Electronic Materials.)  The field was used six days per week beginning in the spring of 2009.

Gymnasium for Basketball
-In the fall of 2008, a basketball gym was completed and is in use by community leagues and fitness groups.

Walking Trail
       -A compacted stone walking trail has also been completed around the perimeter of the athletic fields.  A complete circuit is 6/10ths of a mile.
